Flutter enables shipping products for both iOS and Android from a single codebase. That directly improves delivery speed for teams.
But speed alone is not enough. Without planned state management, modular architecture, and testing strategy, technical debt grows quickly.
My approach is simple: small modules with clear responsibilities, reusable UI components, and early performance profiling. This keeps projects maintainable in the long run.
